Screen Printing

Good screen printing starts with good artwork.

We ask that you provide us with artwork that is in a Vector Graphic format such as an Adobe Illustrator file (.ai or .eps).   This allows us to scale your artwork up or down to fit the display we're printing on while maintaining the images sharp resolution.  

Other requirements are:

• All fonts need to be converted to curves (outlines) and grouped together
• Save Adobe Illustrator files as .ai or .eps
• Specify spot color Pantone values
• Please provide both a color and black and white version of your artwork if possible
• JPEG or internet downloaded images are NOT acceptable due to their low 72dpi resolution
• Size your artwork to the actual imprint size if possible (call us if you need these dimensions)

Pricing

Each color in your artwork will require a seperate screen.   Each screen costs $45.00*
If you want a one color screen print on your display there will be a $45.00 charge to create the screen.   If your artwork has two colors then two screens will be required totaling $90.00 . . . and so on.

Imprinting charges are as follows:

For quantities less than 100 there is a minimum imprint charge of $65.00
* These prices are for images no larger than 8.5" x 11"  using standard ink colors that are in-stock.  Please call us for pricing on screen printed images larger than 8.5" x 11" or for custom colors such as metallics or PMS color matching.

Example:

500 brochure holders screen printed with a one color logo:

Screen Charge:   $45.00
Imprint Charge:   $225.00   (500 pcs.  x   .45 per piece)

Total:  $270.00 plus the cost of the displays

High Quality Full Color Vinyl Stickers

When your order is for a small quantity of displays, screen printing may be too expensive. We also offer Full Color Vinyl Stickers which are much less expensive for small orders. Our vinyl stickers are produced on our Roland Versa-Camm wide format digital ink-jet printer. This technology allows us to print stickers on glossy white vinyl using the four color process to produce beautiful full color stickers. We then apply the stickers to your displays and you now have beautifully decorated displays for a fraction of the cost of screen printing.

Sticker Pricing:

Sticker pricing is based on the size of the sticker and the quantity.   For small orders, stickers are definately less expensive than screen printing plus they look fantastic because they are printed in full color.  For a rough estimate there is a $20.00 set-up charge and to print and apply the stickers to your displays costs about $0.75 - $1.50 per display.   For exact pricing please call our customer service department and let them know which display you want and how many.
